Kgaswe International School was established in 1986, as a premier, non-profit, co-educational English-medium institution offering comprehensive primary and secondary education. As a Company Limited by Guarantee (Reg. No. E5/14/81) with no shareholders or owners, the school operates on a strictly non-profit basis, reinvesting all revenue directly into school operations and infrastructure. Governed by a non-remunerated, elected Board of Governors and managed by a dedicated Managing Director, Kgaswe maintains a transparent, mission-driven administrative structure focused on educational excellence and long-term operational sustainability.
